Call Quality Vs Subjective Scores

The Call Quality measurement from end users equipment and from end users perspective is novel area of research in telecommunication networks. This paper presents the summary of call quality measurement technique proposed in [16] and latest correlation results for the same. Call quality measurement technique basically based on measuring certain call quality parameters during the active call and provides average scores at the end of the call. Call quality for the bundle of calls is derived based on the aggregation of successful call parameters which gives the overall call quality measure. The call quality results and the subjective scores were gathered for each of the calls and the average is computed for the bundles of calls. The analysis demonstrates that the results correlate with each other.
